I have been playing around with the iPhone 4, and no i was very lucky… i didnt have to wait in line. There have been lots of apps hitting the market since it was released in the states a couple of months back. The new camera is amazing, and finally has the flash it needs! One app that i absolutely love for its features is the Camera+ app. It allows you to crop, edit, share directly to your facebook. I give it full stars. I recommend anyone with an Iphone 4 buys it and uses it as their main camera app.
Sharing Capabilities (From Website)
Whether you want to show your results to your friends and family or the whole world, Camera+ has got you covered. Proudly share your photos on Facebook, Twitter, and Flickr. Or go the simple route and email them from right within the app.
Well, what a crazy day at SXSW, lots of running around from section to section, theatre to theatre!
It is seriously awesome! I cant believe how many people will be looking at their phones rather than listening to lectures. For a a social media conference, no one is really that social.
The day started off listen to a Panel about Channels and the correct use of each channel. What i took from it was that clients will use different suppliers for each channel and its so important that the appropriate messages are sent through each channel. So for example, if it is being viewed on a handset, then the content should be formatted to fit on that handset etc.
@socialmediamum and I headed off to a seminar about the correct way to develop content for your users and websites. The guys presenting were from Razorfish and the New York Times. The main theme of the seminar is to make sure that your content is organised and well thought out, but its more than that, its about what are users looking for when they come to your website?
Throughout the day i played around with these stickybits which are these stickers that you scan with your mobile and then attach images to them.
